2nd Year Subjects

The purpose of the discipline “Macroeconomics” is to provide students with basic knowledge about the theory of functioning of macroeconomic systems and their development in modern time and to summarize achievements of world and domestic macroeconomic science.

The main tasks of macroeconomics are to provide students with knowledge of basic theoretical concepts (like the system of national accounts, AD/AS model, unemployment, inflation, fiscal, monetary and social policies, international trade) and practical skills in the issues of evaluating the functioning of national economy in present conditions.
